Non-profit PMI Classes

In an effort to give back to the community, the Project Management Institute-Northern Nevada Chapter (PMI-NNV) is offering project management classes to area nonprofit organizations at greatly reduced costs.

Course content focusses on situations specific to nonprofit organizations in fields such as education, social services, health care and government. Participants complete activities in key PM processes and techniques and receive a resource workbook with ideas and templates to help deliver projects on time, under budget and within scope.

A 501c6 nonprofit professional organization, PMI-NNV is a local chapter of the world’s leading not-for-profit membership and credentialing association for the project management profession (www.pmi.org). The NNV chapter has more than 190 members and the international PMI professional organization has more than 2.9 million members and credential holders in over 185 countries.

The classes are recognized by the international Project Management Institute Education Foundation (PMIEF) and taught locally by credentialed Project Management Professionals (PMPs).
