Robin is an expert consultant on Product Management, with more than 20 years leading in this space.  Her experience largely relates to helping organizations of all types, domains and sizes in their creation and evolution to moving towards a product-based mindset and model. We are grateful to have her join our PMI Northern Nevada chapter's lunch and learn in January to share her hard-won insights and experience in what we call the "Goldilocks" approach to agile and product based transformation in the way organizations work.
