PMI Northern Nevada's August Lunch & Learn will provide practical ways for project managers to begin using generative AI in their work. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about proper prompting, how to understand and mitigate risks of these great tools and have Q&A with fellow PMI NNV PMs.Generative AI is becoming part of everyday project management. This session will highlight where it can provide value and how to get started effectively.
Examples will demonstrate how AI can assist with common project management activities. Attendees will leave with prompts and templates that can be applied directly in their own work.
