Abstract:
For modern projects and initiatives, organizations struggle in terms of understanding business, organizational and team-valuable outcomes and needs. This issue is significant since clarity and alignment on goals are essential for success.
This presentation pragmatically provides guidance on the practical application of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as a transformative tool for PMI Northern Nevada chapter attendees who may wish to start their journey in zeroing in and focusing on value in a well-defined, successful and clear way.
By integrating OKRs, organizations and teams can enhance transparency, improve alignment, and drive outcomes - especially in the area of team and individual performance. We will explore the strategic formulation of OKRs, their implementation challenges, and how they can foster a high-performance culture within project teams.
