Mr. Fein is an Electrical Engineer and Project Management Professional specializing in highly secure communication networks that are used for Public Safety and Defense applications. He has over 35 years’ experience in communications systems that include fiber optics, microwave, and Radio Frequency technology. Mr. Fein began his career as a Design and Development Engineer in Defense and Aerospace working on Radar and satellite communications systems, then nuclear weapons, commercial applications for Radar, site acquisition for cellular operators, high reliability networks, and cellular communications systems.
He has also been in client relations, a division manager for two divisions of Allen Telecom, spent two years in Bordeaux, France as President Directeur General of a small RF amplifier company, and most recently as the Project Manager for the implementation of FirstNet in Oklahoma.
Mr. Fein is an avid power boater, Amateur Radio operator, dog rescuer, Member of the PMI-NNV Chapter, and longtime resident of Reno, NV originally from Western Massachusetts.
