About Rishi Malhotra 

 Rishi specializes in Strategy and Operational Excellence consulting. He has over 20 years of strategic and tactical Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing leadership experience. Rishi works with clients to enhance the top-line and bottom-line, improve enterprise efficiency, and implement cost reduction strategies. His clients range from small & mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about helping organizations inculcate a Lean and Six Sigma culture as part of long-term growth plans.

Prior to eta consulting, Rishi was a Practice Leader with Moss Adams where he developed the Operational Excellence Practice. At Manex Consulting, Rishi was a Senior Consultant, where he worked with client leadership teams to develop operational strategies conducive to business growth. In addition to a consulting role at the Oklahoma Alliance for Manufacturing Excellence, Rishi has direct experience working for manufacturing and distribution companies, including Dell/ Ceva Logistics, Arrow Electronics, and Eicher Tractors.
