Bio: Kevin Ciccotti, CPCC, PCC, is a Certified Professional Coach, and founder of Human Factor Formula, Inc., a company formed to help leaders in organizations to develop stronger, more sustainable relationships with their teams in order to drive engagement, increase productivity, and lead to greater overall success. He was trained at the Coaches Training Institute, the world's largest and most well-recognized in-person coach training organization, as well as the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention, founded by world renowned human behavior experts Anthony Robbins and Psychotherapist Cloé Madanes. He is certified by the International Coach Federation, and is also Past President of the ICF Nevada Chapter.
Kevin's work focuses on helping Project and Program Managers to develop their relationship skills, use their emotional intelligence effectively, and become transformational leaders in their organizations. He has spoken at a number of PMI conferences, including the 2011 Region 7 Summit, the 2012 PMI Global Congress, and the 2013 Region 1 Leadership & Professional Development Conferences. He regularly delivers global webinars for various PMI Communities of Practice, and also teaches his signature workshop, "The Human Factor in Project Management," as part of the Project Management Certificate program for UNR's Extended Studies department.
