Responsibilities
The Agent Readiness and Deployment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end launch of programs and feature changes that span our payroll and employer service offerings and back-end systems. Core responsibilities include understanding the customer and agent experience, documenting key processes and use cases, defining servicing needs and related operational requirements, driving training and change management efforts, and ensuring the ongoing scalability and supportability of our offerings and services.
