Sharon has served the project management profession for over 25 years with project management office implementations, process and methodology development, project planning facilitation, and education. Her wealth of global experience has been acquired through working with organizations such as American Airlines, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Baxter International Healthcare, Oracle, Cisco, US Bureau of Reclamation, and several state Departments of Transportation. Sharon taught Advanced Project Management at Stanford University's Center for Professional Development, and currently teaches project management in the University of Nevada Extended Studies Project Management Program. In addition to Sharon's leadership role with PMI-NNV, she served in several leadership positions for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, and was Founding President of the South Bay Sub-Chapter of San Francisco (which eventually became the Silicon Valley, CA Chapter).
